Hope 4 Health is run by Jinder Johal Verney, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and cancer support specialist. I offer one-to-one support using nutrition, lifestyle, functional testing, and personalised wellness strategies.

5. Who I Share Your Data With

Your personal data is never sold and is only shared with GDPR-compliant third parties when necessary:

Recipient - Practice Better

Purpose - Secure client record management, session notes, forms, test results, and communications. Data is encrypted and access is restricted to authorised personnel only

Recipient - Functional Labs (e.g. Lifecode GX, Genova, DUTCH, Cyrex, Hiffas da Terra, Regenerus, Functional DX)

Purpose - To process your tests. Only essential data (e.g. name, age, sex, symptoms) is shared

Recipient - Supplement Providers (e.g. Natural Dispensary, Amrita Nutrition)

Purpose - For prescription-based supplement support. A commission may be received; you may purchase elsewhere if preferred

Recipient - Stripe

Purpose - Handles all online payment transactions. Fully PCI-DSS compliant and encrypted. Your full card details are never seen or stored by Hope 4 Health.

Recipient - HubSpot

Purpose - Used for email communication, appointment reminders, and optional newsletters. Secure and GDPR-compliant.

Recipient - Cloudflare & Nitropack

Purpose - Used to optimise site speed and security. They may temporarily store cached pages but do not access personal data. 

Your data may also be disclosed to legal authorities if required to comply with law or for safeguarding concerns.


6. How Your Data Is Stored

  • All personal and health data is stored in Practice Better, a secure, encrypted platform designed for healthcare professionals. Practice Better is GDPR-compliant and HIPAA-ready.

  • Emails and forms are stored securely in HubSpot.

  • Payment data is handled securely by Stripe Hope 4 Health does not store or have access to your full card details.

  • Paper notes (if ever used) are locked securely and digitised promptly.

  • Access to all systems is password-protected and restricted to authorised personnel only.


7. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Request erasure of your data (where lawful)

  • Restrict or object to data processing

  • Withdraw consent at any time

  • Request transfer of your data to another provider

8. Data Retention

  • Client records are stored securely for 7 years following your last consultation (or until age 25 for minors), as required by CNHC and insurance regulations.

  • Email subscriber data is stored until you unsubscribe.

  • Financial records are retained for 6 years for tax purposes.


9. Marketing & Communication

You will only receive marketing emails if you’ve actively opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or by contacting me.


10. Children

Services are available for children only with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Personal data for minors is treated with the utmost sensitivity and confidentiality.


11. Cookies & Website Use

Hope 4 Health uses cookies to improve your browsing experience, track site traffic, and manage shopping carts. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

  • SSL protection on all website pages

  • Limited, password-controlled access
