My Story

In 2001 my mother was diagnosed with stage 2 ovarian cancer. It was at this point that I dedicated a big part of my life into cancer research, which then led to all disease research and then into Nutritional Therapy. I wanted to know everything about the body's ability to naturally heal itself from anything, using its own built-in immune system.

Almost 2 decades later I am still studying and learning about all of the above. Unfortunately, my mother lost her battle in 2005 and I believe that if Iā€™d know then what I know now, I could have saved her life.

Five years ago, I found out that I am a BRCA1 positive carrier. Every conventional doctor I have spoken to has insisted I have a double mastectomy and hysterectomy, which I have resisted, despite huge pressure from what I see as a pharma-led, broken NHS system.

I lead a life based on prevention and work on the belief that genes load the gun, but that it is your environment that pulls the trigger.
Nutrition, Lifestyle and Environment are huge contributing factors in health. And I certainly have learnt a lot about them over the years. My goal is to share what I know with all the people I work with, and more.
